The court clerk receptionist is very rude. Every time I have had to call she is very snippy and answers your questions very rude and short. Can’t wait to be done dealing with this court office. Highly recommend never doing anything in blue springs that makes you have to deal with the court system or the police.
Judge is fair, but the court clerk is completely incompetent. Came in during office hours. No one besides me was there, and I had to stand around for over a half hour while they tried to figure out how to process a debit card. Forgot to deduct my bond from the fine and had to start all over again. Never seen anything like it in my life.
Blue Springs is pretty lenient as long as you show up to every court date, which is usually about a month out. I got several continuances & once I pled my case, I was given time to pay my fines without fear of getting a warrant. One of the most fair & informative judges I've ever witnessed.
Had a domestic disturbance and the staff at Blue Springs Police Department were very helpful and polite. Officer Corona came to my rescue. I want to thank the Blue Springs Police and the Central Jackson County Fire Protection Department for their help. You guys are my Heroes.
I called 10 times this morning to see if I had court today and what time, and no one has answered the phone I just get sent to audio messages saying call back later because there busy, I’ve called since 10 am , I’ve even sent emails etc. These people are just unbelievably unprofessional. I’m more than a hr away from Blue springs and don’t want to go all the way there for nothing and also don’t want a warrant out for my arrest.
The prosecution team is tainted with a lier and cheat , mike speigle is an extortion artist and should loose his ability to do what he did to me. He is using his position to abuse people like me! I highly recomend avoiding him. YOU DEFINITELY DONT WANT TO HIRE HIM.
Parking lot across from municipal court ' will tow your car if u park there' $500.00 Fee
They charged me $ Lol it's municipal court.
