Matt and his "crew" were referred to us by a friend. We were hesitant to dive into the purchase of home with past credit issues and employment changes. I called and spoke with Matt and he provided guidance, his knowledge of different options that we would be able to take advantage off and agreed with no hesitation to take on our "not so common" purchase. Matt and his staff were available to us 24/7, even taking calls and answering emails on weekends and while on vacation. Erin is the best! She was able to work with the lenders and guide us through the paperwork. Chris met us to sign, what an exciting day. I recommend the Blue Water Group. - Thanks Guys

Matt and his team are professional, supportive, patient and knowledgeable. They made our first time home purchase comfortable and easy. We felt like we were in capable and trustworthy hands and knew that Matt had our best interest in mind. He gave advice when asked but was particularly skillful in passively guiding us to make our own decisions based on what was the best fit for our family. He and his team were available and responsive days, nights and weekends. Matt took care of us in so many ways but we are especially grateful for the last minute rate credit he was able to secure because he always has his finger on the pulse of what the market is doing. Thank you Matt and Blue Waters Group; we've been singing your praises to everyone we know!

Matt and his team are wonderful. After running into trouble trying to refinance our home with other companies, we desperately needed a personal touch to look at our case. Matt really cared about our situation and was extremely knowledgeable on what to do to get it done. The process was quick and surprisingly easy. He communicated with us on every step of the process. Calling Matt was the best decision we made.

We looked for a new home for nearly a year. Matt quickly learned the key features that we were looking for in our home, and could tell right away if it was one we should tour. Matt kept up his patience with us through the whole process. After viewing many, many homes we made our purchase last month. We felt so confident during the whole process. The team at Blue Waters kept us informed just about daily on the progress of the inspections, escrow, and loan. We can't thank them enough!

During a highly stressful process, such as purchasing a home, you want the right person and team guiding you. Matt and his team were more than we could even wish for. Matt's confidence, competence, friendliness and great communication skills, allowed my wife and I to rest assured that we chose the right person to guide us through the home buying adventure. Because of the quality and service in which Blue Waters Group operates, my only wish is that they offered services that went beyond the scope of mortgage and real estate. In a culture where the abundance of choice alone can be a great stress, I am excited to say that my wife and I will never have to stress about our choice in mortgage and real estate services.
