Very disappointed and will not continue to patronize the Montgomery Alabama bell road location. They recommended that I have a crown on my tooth. I paid for the crown and when I returned for them to replace the temporary crown they tell me that I would need a root canal. They changed dentists during the interim and the new dentist said that without the root canal it would be a waste of time. Had they told me this before the crown, I would have had it extracted and added to my partial bc it would have been cheaper. They hurried me in bc I had a 565.00 credit that they wanted me to use instead of refunding. They took my partial when they put in the temporary crown to correct the looseness which they charged me but now they said they do not have the crown bc I chose not to continue going there. I called my insurance company and was told they had billed my insurance twice. This was in November and it still is not resolved. They did reverse the charge to my insurance company but they keep telling me that they have not heard back from my insurance, the billing manager is not in or they will call me back which they never do. Not only am I out of my partial, my insurance won’t replace another this soon and they said that they will have to go through heartland home office to refund me my money so I can go somewhere else who can handle my dental needs. I have no other choice but to file a small claims case against them bc I have gone without a device I paid for since November and they are holding a balance due me bc they do not want to refund. I have to go out in public feeling ashamed because of their negligence. I do not recommend because of their billing practices. I will say their support staff is nice but unfortunately they are not the ones who can refund me my money and replace my device 😡😡😡

It's been a while since I been to the dentist so I was very scared and nervous especially when I knew my tooth had to be pulled but the ladies there was so sweet and kind and reassured me that it wasn't going to be bad and they was right! so now any visit I have I walk in and out like a BOSS! Lol oh and I just got my teeth cleaned and omg I so happy with the results �� thank you guys you're so awesome���

First off, the staff is top notch. So professional and nice. They really made me and my son feel comfortable. Secondly, this establishment is super clean. Thirdly, it was quick and efficient. You guys have found some lifers!!!!

Abbey always greets me with a smile! April made my trip to the dentist a pleasant experience. The whole staff works to make the patient as comfortable as possible! I give them 2 thumbs up as well as 5 stars!!

I always have a great experience here. Every staff member I have met is very nice. The hygenists (mine's name is Hannah) so kind and make you feel comfortable and not nervous. They are very understanding with me about being on a budget and never surprise me with things I didn't know about. I have already recommended them to friends and family.
