Our waiter was amazing! He had the best smile ! He really served to enjoy his job. He found it was our anniversary and gave us ice cream with a candle. So sweet. He remembered that I had a gluten intolerance from the last time we ordered takeout!! The sushi is always fantastic! We were able to get low carb sushi wrapped in cucumber. Just love this restaurant
Great place for legit sushi and the service was excellent as well!Food: 5/5
4/25 update: came for my birthday and they made me feel so special! The owner and employees are all so nice! Wow! Amazing experience. Came here to celebrate something special and was debating between going to Morimoto in Philly or try something more local. We are glad we did. The service was amazing. They are so attentive, we never had to wonder where our server was. We went on a busy, crowded night, too and the service was still great. Our server was so kind and friendly. It really made it a great experience. Also, we got the eagle view platter with the 8 rolls. T as a great choice since it was our first time here. All the rolls were beautiful and fresh. We can’t wait to come back. We never felt rushed either and enjoyed our dinner for about 2 hours. Also, their tea is great.
I came here for dinner on a Friday. We didn’t get our menu till 5 mins after we sat. Our table didn’t even have the cloth napkins or plates till later when we asked for some. The server was very kind! However, the servers are over sat and people are left waiting to put in their order. I saw 2 other tables that seemed annoyed with the wait as well. We waited 20 mins and only got one appetizer. We decided to have our food to go and left. I will have to come back on a weekday instead! The food is delicious.
There was an elderly man eating alone on Valentine’s Day weekend. I’m assuming his wife had passed because he was wearing a ring but was eating by himself. The restaurant took care of his bill and tip. I thought that was so great of them to do. The food and service was amazing!
This has been one of the most memorable date nights out with the wife. We decided to do the chef's Omakase Chef's tasting menu and we were both blown away. We went with the mid level 8 courses plus dessert and it was absolutely incredible. Everything tasted amazing. The chilean sea bass was my personal favorite. Cooked to perfection. It was entirely too much food but it was all amazing and totally worth the price. The progression from course to course was perfect and the timing between courses was just right for such a meal. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back to do this again!!
*Indoor Dining Review* Restaurant: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Food: 5/5 Parking: Free parking lot. Restaurant is BYOB Stopped in for a quick bite, was pleasantly surprised. This is definitely one of those hidden gems you would not expect in such remote area, when on the way all we saw was trees, then all of sudden the newly developed town center appears, with water park and all the new housing and apartments. Food is amazing but there were minor issues in other categories. -Restaurant- First thing we noticed when we walked in was how modern and nice the restaurant looks. Everything's clean, neat and organized, tables are very well setup. HOWEVER, the issue we had where we sat, all the way at the back of the dining area, where there's just a little too many tables, because it was so LOUD, we almost had to shout to each other. Next time we would probably pick middle or front seating areas. We couldn't really take our time to enjoy our dinner unfortunately. -Service- We appreciate the fact that our waiter advised us he was still in training, it is better that way in my opinion so he can essentially under promise and over deliver. Even though he was new, our service experience was pleasant, check up was frequent but not unwelcome Not enough to keep us from having conversations -Food- This is the most surprising part, we did a little research on the restaurant and chef via their website, and saw who the chef trained with prior to this restaurant. The food did not disappoint, they were simply AMAZING! What we ordered: -Toro Sashimi Appetizer A MUST HAVE. It is SO FRESH, it melts in your mouth like half melted butter -BlueFin Roll Delicious. At any restaurant we go to we typically will order any item with their restaurant name on it, this did not disappoint -Wellington Roll Delicious We will definitely go again, but next time I would probably ask not to be seated at the back of the dining room.
Love their quick sushi takeout. As a local, I have done both quick dine-in and takeout. As a vegetarian, the selection is very limited to simple cucumber/avocado/asparagus roll & some basic things. I love to try more if there are more vegetarian options without seafood.Food: 5/5
The sushi rolls are fantastic and so fresh. We also enjoy the shumai appetizers. Excellent and friendly service!!Food: 5/5
5 stars for food and 3 stars for service. The maki rolls were the best I've ever had and I applaud the chef for his creativity. We will definitely be back soon. If you're in the area and enjoy sushi, maki, or Japanese-style entrees, make this a must visit! Jenny, the hostess, was juggling managing the kitchen, seating guests, and waiting on tables, plus answering the phone. She was quite pleasant and I'm sure that if the place hadn't been understaffed for the lunch crowd, they easily would've received 5 stars on my review.
