This place is absolutely terrible.  Their computer system goes down all the time and you cannot get to your money and they have blocked everyone's credit card except for use in Ky, Oh, and WV....sorry I pay bills online and not all are in the tristate area!!! Would  it recommend to anyone.

Everyone is so helpful and courteous, I wish other institutions would watch and follow their example!!

I'm very pleased with Bluegrass Credit Union.  All of the Tellers and Office Manager "go above and beyond" to help meet customer needs.  The entire staff is always friendly, helpful and "personable".  The customer service is excellent!  :-)

Worst bank in Ashland...can't even do direct deposit correct and then tells me it's my fault loans don't get paid?  Manager called and threatened me on the phone...my employer told me to not bank there anymore.  Joke for a bank!
