Hey travel-family, another great stay at the Fountains.They have done some updates to the rooms. New tile floors, stained dark colored cabinets in both kitchen & bathrooms, & some new furniture. We stayed in one of the building that faces the lake, and it was beautiful. Getting up in the morning and watching the sun come up, what can i say. Wish that everyone could see it. Well Happy New Year to all, be safe out, see you next year.

Although the rooms are very nice and comfortable, it doesn't make up for the poor experience of the rest of the resort. There is little to no customer service here. Policy is placed well above customer satisfaction and in my opinion that doesn't make for very good business. They've assigned me to a room that had people occupying it. They have printed out the wrong parking pass as well as check in & out dates on our paperwork after we have told the staff more than once our dates. Internet does not work if your trying to do work and they do not answer the phone when called. It honestly feels like they don't care for their customers and it is widely noticed from everyone in my party. The location and rooms are nice but for the amount that's paid, I expect much better services. I don't really recommend this to anyone. Honestly, motels in the area are much cheaper and a lot more better at insuring your needs are met.

This is my second time at the fountains in 4 years. The first time was great but short. This time we stayed for 6 nights and have have room service. Everything was PERFECT. The rooms have been updated, the staff is WONDERFUL. The only downfall is that the bar by the pool closes at 9pm! This place is close to all the parks and nightlife. SUPER happy with our stay!!!

Great family resort. My daughter who was 14 months old during the visit loved the splash pad. Water was nice and warm in the pool and we loved the zero entry for my daughter. We enjoys the food by the pool as well. Decent prices for food on a resort. We loved the proximity to Disney it was great to be able to be so close. Do rooms were large enough and clean. They could be a little more spruced up. Furniture especially on the patio is dated. We visited here 10 years ago and it's seems like they haven't done many updates since. It is well maintained just starting to look dated. We are members so we did get asked for a timeshare review but declined and were not bothered again during our stay.

Location is great. Nice rooms. Great check in experience and such. issues have been little things missing in room like shears but not necessarily important so never called to request a pair. Only major issue was the sales service- feels rather pushy. Been an owner for a while with Bluegreen and this seems to be the pushiest of sales centers. Rather irritating.
