An incredible practice where animals come first, even before financials. The staff here are all friendly, professional, and respectful. When we arrived we were promptly taken to an examination room and seen by the doctor who gave us our options and explained everything. Would definitely recommend as the place to go for any animal emergencies. Facilities are clean and modern as well!

Our Golden retriever needed round-the-clock monitoring after swallowing some pills. The clinic was spotless, the front office staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Benco was warm and very skilled. We were able to call all through the night and get updates, there was great communication between the care givers and the staff.  The clinic isn't inexpensive but they present the fees very well and you feel that you've gotten excellent care for the price.

Staff took my dog immediately and began treating him before I was even given any paper work. They treated my dog with great care and kindness. I was kept informed of his condition and was encouraged to call in to check on him at any time. The hospital was clean and had a very pleasant  waiting area for clients. I would not hesitate to return there with an injured or ill pet. I loved that they allowed visiting of patients.

The staff at this hospital were very knowledgeable  and caring.  Our dog was very sick and they did everything possible to save him and make him comfortable as he slipped away.  I would  highly recommend this emergency hospital to anyone with a critically ill cat or dog.
