This clinic saved my dogs life! Jan 27th 2013 my puppy fell into a pool and nearly drowned. She was stiff as a board, jaw clenched, struggling to breath when they worked their magic!! She is 4 years old now and she is healthy happy and playful as ever! Just wanted to THANK YOU! Buttons is my best friend!!

I brought my cat in at 4:30 am- he was having trouble breathing. The vet at Blue Pearl was so kind and Knowledgabke. I couldn't have been happier with the care and compassion we received.

Very rude staff! While waiting in the examine room the technician entered the room and grabbed our dog out of my wife's arms and cut her off mid sentence. After asking her name she stated "you don't need to know my name". After asking another tech I leaned her name was Diana. No concern for our pet. On top of all this the examine room was unsanitary the floor was covered in dust and debris. After telling the tech and Dr. our dog could not have antibiotics (clavimox) , they came in with a sheet to sign with total charges and there it was a charge for antibiotics! They wanted to give her antibiotics but no fluids. Very unprofessional and a disgrace to the veterinary field. The only thing they did that was decent was give a good quote. Very disappointed especially since this location used to have a good reputation.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have never been to a vet were none of the employee's seemed to like the animals they were caring for. My animal was in a bad dog fight and from the moment we walked in the service was horrible. The receptionist seemed annoyed that we were there, then they were rude to my husband who asked if he could help them take our animal to the back as he was in shock and was struggling. We were met with, you cant go back there or basically leave if you don't like it. Next, they left us in the front receptionist area for about a hour and finally took us to room. The doctor came in and was basically telling me my pet could die at any moment and that she wanted and needed to cut open his wounds to see the extent of the damage. After hearing this doctor speak, my gut was saying to run. The next person came in with the "treatment plan" and we told her that we wanted our animal stable until we could transport him to our regular vet. Her response was well what is your budget for your animals care. we were in shock. Nothing about us leaving had to do with the money. I would pay and did pay what I needed to to ensure my pets health. After the doctor heard of what are plans were, she came back in and told us that it sounded like a reasonable plan. You were just basically telling me ten minutes prior that my dog needed surgery. These people were all about the MONEY and DO NOT care about the animals in their care. My vet even said that they are horrible and would never recommend them. To end this, my vet did not have to cut my dog open and saw no need to make that kind of judgement call so early as the wounds need around 72 hours to fully appear. My pet was in the care of our vet for eight hours for two days straight, with the same care that my animal received for the seven hours at this place and it still cost me less and I knew they cared.
