Honestly the most pathetic chicken fingers I’ve ever seen. $14 gets you something worse than 7-11? Crazy. Also asked for cup of ice for purchased drink but they don’t give out ice anymore because their machine is broken. One of the cashiers was nice enough to exchange the saddest chicken fingers in the world for a chicken wrap which was definitely better but nothing to write home about. Shame! They have such a great spot and captive audience being located inside the park really take advantage of that fact. A decent restaurant deserves it more and hopefully this place goes out of business and something that benefits the community takes its place instead of this sham.

I came here with my friend and ordered veggie tacos. The tacos ended up being nearly all mushrooms, which I can’t have, but regardless. I brought this up to the kind employee and she offered a substitution. She said it was no big deal and would be ready in a few minutes. I waited another 5 minutes and went back up.  However, in the meantime, the manager saw the order and came over to the counter. She began yelling and insulting me in front of everyone. This went on for several minutes, as if I were stupidest person on earth for thinking veggie wouldn’t have mushrooms. She also tried to get the kind employee in trouble for trying to be accommodating. I complemented the employee but just left without any food in a rush to get away.  Most of the games were also broken. The waiter staff was spectacular, but management is horrible. Avoid if you can.  Dietary restrictions: Not accommodating.

Fries were cold and the sliders were 2 biters for 18 bucks. The service. The lady working there didn't realize my order was ready because she was on the phone. I had to tell her my order is ready. Atmosphere. Their tvs must've been paused because the pause symbol is all over the screens and looks like we're watching an advertisement paused on that sweet spot. I understand the economy sucks, but I run a restaurant and all I can say is, cmon man. It's just burgers and fries at the end of the day and it was still a crapshot

This place use to be surprisingly good food. It’s really gone downhill. Bad over-priced food. The chips were so stale we couldn’t even bite into them. Don’t go here.Food: 1/5

One of my rarest 1 star review.  First, I placed the order fast, ticket number 1, I ordered 3 hot dogs and 4 sliders and some drinks. I went and sit down to wait for the food. 30 min later I go and ask the manager why is my order taking so long, she said she doesn’t cook the food but she seemed empathetic. I asked if they’re cooking the food, she said yes, all the food orders are being cooked. Meanwhile I get my drinks. Another 10 min passes by and my food is not coming, so she’s asking for my ticket. Goes back to the line and asks the cooks about my order. None of them had my ticket in the back, they probably tossed it. Only then they started cooking my food, had to wait another 15 min, 55 min total for 3 hot dogs and 4 sliders. Everyone there was waiting for their food; some people even asked for a refund and left. I had a 5yo that needed food. After that I asked one of the workers behind the counter for some mayo packets, he looked at me and completely ignored me. I had to ask the manager for a couple of mayo packets. It seemed that the manager was the only worker there who actually cared about their job, all the other employees were completely absent.  All of these and I paid a ridiculous amount of money. $18 for a hot dog with fries. Unbelievable!  Now the biggest problem was when I got home. I got severe stomach cramps and started vomiting. I realized that I got food poisoning and it was bad. This is the first time as long as I can remember where I got such a severe food poisoning.  Bad service, bad food and extremely expensive.  I don’t recommend eating at Bluestone at all.

Worst service ever. Coffee stinks and when I am nicely asking for exchange to another hot drink they say no. No refunds. This is ridiculous. Never coming here again. Learn how to work in customer service. This is terrible.

This is my goal to place for fresh chicken tenders in my neighborhood! They are made to order and freshly breaded. They also have delicious hot chocolate on the colder days.

Truly don’t bother even getting anything from here if you’ve come to ice skate or roller skate. The service is incredibly slow and staff couldn’t be less helpful. I waited 25 minutes for a hot chocolate which consisted of pouring the premade mix into a cup and putting whipped cream on it. Not sure what the deal is here but just do yourself a favor and avoid it.

Surprisingly good food. Self service.  Indoor/outdoor seating. We had a grilled cheese, french fries, and a white chocolate chips cookie. Good choice of coffee. Probably very busy in tbe summer. Loved the chairs

What are the opening hours for this place? I was just there at 10:50am, lights on, employees just watching me try to open the doors that were evidently unlocked but tied shut with a bike lock. Open hours says it opens at 10:30am. Guess they didn’t want my business
