Fantastic experience with Blumen Meisters. Don't live in the area and was looking for a florist for Mother's Day. Called and they were helpful and friendly. The flowers were delivered and they were beautiful. My mom was very pleased and so was I. Will recommend and use them again. Thank you Blumen Meisters!

The design team here did an amazing job on my wife's birthday arrangement. Molly was also exceptional at coordinating a time sensitive delivery. Excellent experience! Shop local!

My husband and I got married in Gruene in late April and we used Blumen-Meister for all of our floral. The venue itself was beautiful, so we only used their services for the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and ceremony/chapel arrangements, as everything was naturally beautiful. I'll start out by saying that the end result was acceptable and lovely, but if you are planning your wedding from outside of the area you may want to look for another vendor. We asked for a quote back in the early fall 2016, and Sheri and her team were very responsive. Then, she reached out to us again in late November to see if we still needed her services, and when we came down for Christmas to the area we met with her in person and she seemed very knowledgeable and energetic so we decided to go with them for all of our floral needs. Blumen-Meister said they would send us a quote within the week, and with the holidays and New Years around the corner we weren't in a rush to get the quote because we knew it was a busy time of year with family/time off, etc. Unfortunately though, we didn't hear back until February with an initial quote for what we wanted. My husband and I responded back that day with the revisions we needed on the quote they sent and asked that they send an updated quote with our edits and revisions. We didn't hear from them for another month (March and wedding was in April). We had to continuously email them asking for a quote of services and we were put off each time. My husband and I finally had to send a disappointed email to Sheri, the owner, who we were working with explaining that we probably had to find floral elsewhere because we were getting down to the wire on the timeline and we weren't local to the area. She immediately called that day to apologize for the oversight and said 'our needs just got away from her and she is extremely sorry'. We went with her services still, because she was extremely apologetic, but seemed slightly flighty, and then the day before the wedding she left a voicemail to say congratulations and that she would see us on Saturday!....but our wedding was Friday. With all of the issues we had with being put on the back burner, and all of the week-of things we had to get done, the last thing we needed was to worry that our florist wasn't going to deliver the services on the correct day. When we met with her at Christmas in person, she boasted about how she gives all of her brides a complimentary throw-away bouquet as a gift. The day of the wedding when everything was delivered to the venue they did not include a complimentary bouquet. It's a small thing, but it goes to show that they do not consider customer service as important as other vendors might. She text me the day of the wedding saying 'she misunderstood that I might not want one', which made no sense, because we never had a conversation about that after our in-person meeting. And the last thing I wanted on our wedding day was to have a text conversation with the florist about something they left out. To her defense, they did go out of their way to let us use buckets they had free of charge. Our venue recommended this florist, and they are local to the area so I'm sure others have had great experiences- we could be the exception to the rule and just be a random oversight. Overall, the arrangements were fine, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend this florist if you worry about having to hand hold a vendor throughout the process.

The flowers for my mother's memorial service were spectacular! The arrangements were amazing, thoughtful, and elegant. Best of all was the joy and excitement with which Sheri radiated in helping my daughter and I with the plan. Her enthusiasm and commitment to meeting our needs was unique and extraordinary! These arrangements were floral art, and they made a real impression on all who attended. The experience reminded me of an episode of "Chopped" for florists. I gave Sheri a wide variety of flowers my mother loved, and she turned it into a visual feast. You turned a very sad circumstance into a joyous memento to her. Thank you!
