As per package of oil change, this auto shop should remove all dirt oil from my car before feeding the fresh oil. But this shop technician doesn't remove all oil from my car and he feeds the fresh oil in my car which mixes with my dirt oil inside car. I complain this thing to the manager for solving. The manager doesn't take this complain easily and doesn't solve this issue. Also, the shop technician doesn't change all filters which are included this oil change package. 

I recommend all potential customers, please don't use this auto shop for any auto service of your car.

Classic example of miserable employees who take it out on their customers. Gave them more than one chance after experiencing horrible service for a car was..never again

I came to do an oil change, but the guy insisted i must put synthetic oil, which would cost me $50-70 (includes a car wash.) I told him that my 2017 Honda Acord doesn't need fancy oil and i would like to have the standard one, but he refused. So i went to the mobile station 2 blocks down and got it done with standard oil  for $25 before tax. So I recommend to stay away from this place.

They move the line really quick when it's busy but still do a great job. Or you come when it's slow and they spend super attention on your car. In terms of a NYC car wash....: It gets no better. Lube is good too.

This place is a rip off....please be aware they up sell everything and push their products at a ridiculous mark up. The sales people there are nasty. STAY AWAY...POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE.
