They made us dump our water outside as a pretty naked cash grab (exact words were "if you can buy it inside"), which was unnecessarily upsetting to my wife who was pregnant and had a cough (I was upset enough about this to decide not to buy other refreshments so then forcing us to buy water actually cost them money, good job). We had trouble finding signs to lead us to it seats and as far as I was aware there wasn't anyone around to help direct traffic. Once we got to our seats, it was pretty darn uncomfortable.

The show was good but the venue definitely hurt our overall experience. If there is an alternative choice for venue in the future I wouldn't think twice about going there instead.

The venue is BIG, but not so big that it loses it's sense of intimacy. The prices are far from reasonable, $5 for popcorn and the beer... The bathrooms are to small and only a hand full of employees were really helpful.

Went to an Ice Hogs game, they won YEAH!  BMO is usually clean and well kept.  Staff is mostly on the ball and helpful.  Bathrooms are clean and have  soap & towels.  Food/drinks are expensive, but not unexpected as it is a sports/concert venue.  Good place to watch hockey. Seats are comfortable.

Not a bad seat in the house.
I've gone to events here from concerts to Ice Hogs games. The staff has always been quite courteous and I've never had any problems. I just wish they had more variety of shows booked at the venue. I understand it's hard for this 12,000 seat arena to attract large stadium talent.
I would recommend that the concessions are not the best here unless all you're looking for is a beer, but you'll pay premium prices if you do buy anything.  I usually choose to eat before or after the event.

The BMO it's a great place to enjoy a show. It definitely beats to travel to Chicago to enjoy a live show. Even when you have to pay for parking, the parking it's affordable only $5 bucks. The other great thing is the great restaurants around it to eat.
