 Extremely long wait to be helped.  One of the cashiers was working on something and another one next to her asked her to share whatever she was working on with her, instead of helping me.  She saw me standing there.  I am in customer service, you are supposed to help the present customer first.

This is a great location but the employees at the drive thru need some customer service training been here since it was harris took over but unfortunately its the same ppl working here. When i get to there no good morning ,Hi, not even a look. When i can i go to different location, where i feel welcome. I do work with people all the time and it is part of my job to greet and make feel welcome the customers.

These people are so rude here cant stand this branch! Need to improve their customer service skills. Girls always have an attitude here are you in highschool or at work ladies?! Not professional environment what so ever. I'll take my business else where thanks!
