Very rude employees and always have been. Not very knowledgeable unless you're just renewing your plates or license.

Poor, poor public service and passive aggressive attitudes from several staff and especially the male that is apparently in charge. Only had, maybe, one uneventful visit there. Thought all DMV were like this until I went out of town.Huge difference in service out of town!  Can't believe the government of Tiffin would let this go on.....I personally will not be stepping foot in there again.  It is an atrocity that this place has a monopoly on this service in Tiffin.

Elimei in Tiffin Office very rude. Evasive when asked about vision requirements. Asked if I could have a copy of Ohio Drivers Manual, told me I had to be an employee, or could view online. So I asked her what to do if I didn't have access to computer, she told me to take a seat. 
    In frustration, went to Bucyrus Office and was served by very friendly and helpful BMV Agents.
   AVOID TIFFIN BMV IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. BUCYRUS IS LESS THAN AN HOUR AWAY, and you'll leave with a smile on your face.

The staff has always been friendly when I visit, and efficiently takes care of business. I would recommend visiting during non-peak hours to avoid wait times.

Great place, great staff, quick and efficient. The only bad complaints I see is people complaining about problems that are of their own doing. Keep it up ladys.
