I had a very pleasant experience with BMW Middle Burg Heights. I found my best car ever there Mercedes ML350 SUV 2012 (59000 miles) with the dark blue color outside and almond beige interior. The car was in excellent condition. The sales person Tom did everything he can to make it a pleasant experience. I asked to check and recharge the AC even it was working good, to change the 4 tires size 19 with brand new ones and touch pain minor spots here and there plus cleaning and shinning the side racks/rails. I’ve to admit that they did professional excellent job. I definitely recommend them and I’ll buy from them again and again.

My family has purchased and serviced vehicles here since day one.  Very friendly service staff.  Jeff, the Service Manager, is especially helpful and understanding to our service needs.  Steve, the Pre-Owned Manager, was extremely helpful in setting up my M3 the way I wanted it.  He made the purchase quick and enjoyable.  Great selection of vehicles and I always find a vehicle that is enticing.  I have recommended this dealership to others.

Worked with Steve to find the right car that fit my needs.  Steve went out of his way to make the deal right.  The finance team was very pleasant to work with as well making the process rather seamless and straight to the point.   I’m not going to be needing another car anytime soon but when that time comes I won’t hesitate to reach back out to them.  I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone !   Great team they have over there !

Purchased my Benz from Q and Steve and I received excellent service from the beginning to the end. They went above and beyond and will be purchasing my future cars from them! I recommend anyone I know to them as they find the right car for the best price!

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I received fantastic service during the car buying process. The car itself was exactly what I wanted. Will definitely purchase my next BMW here as well!
