My sandwich started out really good until I looked at the second half. There was a a 2-3" black hair sticking out of the middle of it. I took it to the counter to tell the service person. He took it to the kitchen then returned to me saying that they would make me a new one that I didn't want. Then a man from the kitchen came out and told me that it wasn't anyone of the employees hair that was in his kitchen.  My hair is long, light blond/ gray and in a braid. I left completely unsatisfied and still wound up paying almost $12. for lunch.

Really like Board & Brew....good beer, good sandwiches and a fun crowd. Definately worth a regular visit!

For a place called Board and Brew, the beer selection is sparse. The baguette that comes standard on most sandwiches is very thick, I'd sub out for sourdough, but that might just be me.

Best place on Pico to get a sandwich and a beer. Green salads, with chicken and avocado, are really good too.

We've been going to Board & Brew for several years and have always been very satisfied with the service and the food.  Recently, however, on the last two visits, the sub rolls were stale.  Not a little stale, but downright tough to bite into.  We ended up just eating the contents and throwing the roll away.  
Disappointing!!!
