Very nice hotel, staff was very happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was OK The pool and the hot tub were very nice. Overall not a bad stay

Great location, clean rooms, cold pool. Staff was prompt but not always friendly (especially when the pool ran out of towels)

Our stay was very nice. We booked the big suite which had a working gas fireplace and whirlpool tub. The only complaint we had was we went to use the pool late, around 9:30 pm, and there weren't any clean towels. I was told that they were all dirty and we weren't allowed to use room towels. So we couldn't use the pool. Otherwise the room was clean, internet was free and quick, and the breakfast was good as well. We enjoyed our stay. If hadn't stayed in the suite with the whirlpool tub, we would have been a lot more upset about not being able to use the hot tub.
