They can only be in business because overflow customers from the Blue Moose stop here. Brought family in on Saturday night. Had drinks and an appetizer and placed dinner order. Group of 20 people got their order in before us. After 1.5 hours we told server to bring check as waiting that long for food was ridiculous. Spoke with owner and she said our order was placed "Only" an hour ago.  Stated that I don't know the bar and restaurant business.  A simple "I'm sorry" or "I'll take a little off on the bill" and we probably would have stuck it out.  I fear that this happens all the time and  I feel sorry for the staff at this place as the owner doesn't understand customer service.  Our advice - Take a few extra steps and find a different place to eat down the block.

Really good food. Beer is very cold. Great prices. Staff is mostly college kids, so don't expect much from them.

Have been there more than 4X this summer. Good experience until this past wkend. Almost burnt, dripping grease Walleye Fingers. One bite. "Sorry. I can't eat this. Waaay too greasy." No, "OH I'm sorry. Can I get you something else?" Had to ask to be comped whn I saw it wasn't.  They said, "No. I'm sorry. There was nothing wrong w/it." R U kidding me?! Too many other decent places to eat Dudes. Will not be back or recommend.
