Had an appointment scheduled, showed up and she was a no show.  She did call late in the afternoon the day before which I didn't get, but when called to reschedule never got a call back.  Seems unprofessional for someone in this business.

My wife and I are so thankful we found Boatman Accounting!  

Karyn is so responsive, proactive, accommodating, friendly and professional.  We spent a year searching for a bookkeeper who could help us organize, understand, and strategize for our S corporation.  She does even more than that!  Karyn cleaned up a year's worth of unkept records in what seemed like a few days.  She is actively engaged in helping my wife and I understand the entertainment industry and how we can maximize savings.  She has helped us handle everything from adding shareholders to our corporation, setting up payroll, filing W-9's, obtaining corporate insurance, to tracking down commissions from agents and managers.  There has yet to be a situation where Boatman Accounting hasn't pulled through.  She, truly, can function in any capacity needed.  For us, she started as a bookkeeper and has grown into a form of a business manager (who charges hourly rather than most business managers who want a 5% commission on all earnings to do nothing).  

All in all, you get SO much more than an accountant with Boatman Accounting.  I promise you'll be blown away with the services provided and the timeliness/excellence that they are performed with.

I highly recommend Boatman Acct. 

Karyn and her staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional in helping to navigate our Production Companys financials. Whenever we had a big picture issue or concern, Karyn was always on point in recommending the best approach to suit both the immediate and the long term tax implications. Thanks again Karyn!!
