TERRIBLE!!!! 

1.) I've been with this office going on 13 months and my bill has never been consistent. I was quoted at one price and was charged extra. I just figured no big deal since it wasn't large amount, but my bill goes up and down each month with no explanation. I have to argue with this office and even go beyond them to have my bill fixed.  

2.) The people working in this office are rude and talking to them is absolutely frustrating. The only good service I received  was from the after hours call center. They at least tried to help me understand what happened and resolve my many issues in a timely manor.  They also don't talk down to you. 

I went with State Farm because they had the cheapest monthly plan, but the lack of service is not worth it. I'm cancelling my policy and going somewhere else. I personally rather pay more and have a great agent who wants to help. I think State Farm over all is a great company, and when dealing with the call center they were great. However  not one interaction with this office was pleasant or helpful.

Matt Good is basically the greatest thing to happen to insurance ever. He has never disappointed us and is always so kind, and so friendly. We can just call him up, he knows who we are and makes anything we may need so easy and painless. Great group of people at this agency. Love them, love State Farm. I highly suggest anyone at this agency, you won't be disappointed.

Don't be taken in by the friendly faces, they are great when they are taking your money, but absolutely no help when you actually need it. I've been with them for 5 years, always paid on time and when someone broke into my car.... There was only frustration to be found. Steer clear! 
My car got broken into and things were stolen and I filled a claim with my renter's insurance. A week later I receive a cancellation letter in the mail that was written the same day I had filled a claim. There reason for cancellation? They stated that I no longer reside at my residence! I haven't moved anytime recently and they have had my address for a year (when I did move). 
Bob Berke is the person you think your getting insurance from, yet you cannot get ahold of him. I called and demanded to speak with him and they said they would leave him a message. Needless to say, a week later and I'm still waiting to hear from him.

Fantastic service.  I use them for car insurance and car loans.  Great rates, but I would stay with them even they were a little higher.  The service is that good.
