We had catering from Bob Evans for a post Wedding Brunch hosted at my home. Vonda, the contact point, was AMAZING. Vonda called us frequently leading up to the event so we knew she was by our side and it would be flawless. She walked us through the order and prep, she arrived on time and helped set up the order. The food was hot and tasty, the service was too notch. On top of this, she also gave a gift from Bob Evans to the happy couple. We felt so cared for and appreciated as customers If you are having a brunch event at your home I HIGHLY recommend using Bob Evans, if I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you Bob Evans for making this wedding brunch a reality!
We waited about 40-45 mins for our food. That’s fine if it’s busy but there was about 3-4 other tables, the server never refilled our drinks, she didn’t come to check on us if we needed anything after getting our food. We could tell our food sat in the window for a while. She checked on the other tables and talked to them I’m guessing she knew them so they got better service. We heard the server talking to the table behind us saying that the manager doesn’t help and the server and hostess is doing everything. I know how it is to work in the food industry, the server was just not good.
Unfortunately we got seated and then 15 minutes later, without a drink order taken, we left. I'm sure the food would have been fantastic as it usually is but, not today. Service: 1/5
My over medium eggs were well, well done, and my toast was AWOL. Waiter didn't remedy and I had to get hostess to fix my order.Food: 3/5
Good atmosphere, people who go here look to be regulars, unfortunately for us though I don't see what the hype was about. Food was was not great; very greasy, portions were average, plates looked to be wiped with a dirty rag around rim. Unsure if I will return.
The service is always pretty good even when they are busy. But the last two or three times I went the food was made not good at all. In the past they seemed to have it more together.Food: 1/5
Let's see, I ordered a big meal for the family with french toast, sausage, hash brown, and scrambled eggs for myself. Well, when I got home everyone's food came out right except mine: No french toast and the hash browns were so undercooked that the top layer was still white... This location continues to mess up our orders that I'm done with them.
It's a cute little place. As an out of towner I wasn't too fond of how the food tasted,but they had some of the freshest fruit I've ever had anywhere. And their little gift shop is a nice touch. Service was really nice as well. Wheelchair accessibility: It's a flat walk up followed by some double doors and they have a large space with a lot of booths. Someone in a wheelchair should have no issues getting here.
Seated right away. Waitress missed the mark and didn't bring the check after completion of the meal. Had to ask. Food was average. Paid $5.00 for a can of soup with 3 small chunks of chicken. Use to be MUCH better and fare tasted like it was from the farm. This was at the Golden gate location.Will be going back to the Wickliffe location.
Ordered catering from this location recently. Vonda went out of the park with everything we needed! Best experience ever. Would highly reccomend. Felt appreciated and respected the whole time. And their team was extremely flexible.Food: 5/5
