Our waiter was friendly. The food was not bad, but more attention should be paid to portions, presentation and spices. The syrup ratio of the apple-berry drink is very heavy and sugary, it can be much better if attention is paid to the syrup ratio. I really liked the souvenir section.Food: 4/5
Down home cooking with odd pairings. The roast beef sandwich with au jau odd..the baked potato soup was too thick. The breakfast meats did not have any sear. The food was okay. It's like a Dennys in California. I did buy cute gifts in shopping area. We tried 2 locations and 1 was definitely better than other. #OhioFood: 3/5
Ordered breakfast for one person. Person on the phone said it would be ready in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later with 20 minutes of waiting at the counter later, still no food. I had to be to work. I had plenty of time to have my meal and now ill be starting my shift without eating. Three different people working on the same order one of them smashing their fingers into the bread.....crazy.
Delicious food, nice down home cooked breakfast. Pleasant waitress. Of course we bought a loaf of Bana Bread for 4.99 before we left. They also have Pumpkin Bread right now as well.
Worst meal ever. Oh how I wish I would have taken a picture of my smaller portion turkey dinner!. Barely had 1 piece of turkey total. All they gave me was scraps on top of my mashed potatoes. Not sure how someone even thought that was OK to serve to a customer. They also forgot the cranberry sauce. So disappointed.Food: 2/5
The restaurant was under staffed. Our waitress was rushed and my order was wrong. My half grilled pot roast sandwich should have been a BLT, but I didn’t say anything and paid for it later with an upset stomach.Food: 2/5

We quit going to Bob Evans for a while due to bad service, poor food quality and quantity! Which really sucked because we loved Bob Evans. We stopped at the Avon location and it was great. We got the sunshine skillet and it was delicious and so was the banana bread. Happy we stopped!Food: 5/5
The waitress seemed to have a bit of an attitude. I didn't get what I ordered, maybe because she wasnt listeningor didnt care. I ordered over easy eggs and cube potatoes and got scrambled eggs and shredded potatoes. I didn't bother saying it was wrong.Food: 3/5
Thanksgiving dinner was the absolute worst I've ever eaten. Lukewarm potatoes, rolls were not browned and were under baked, ham was dry and like leather, turkey was also dry. The pumpkin pie was dry and gummy in texture. I had to vent about this because I've always expected and gotten great quality from other Bob Evans restaurants. I will never go back to this one. Really disappointed.
