Very friendly and professional staff. Food was good. Peppers and onions should be sauteed before putting in the western omelets. At least that's how I like them. Pancakes were almost plate size. Very tasty. Thank the people for making our experience a good one.

This particular Bob Evans seems to be the worst we have ever had. My boyfriend and I love Bob Evans, and visit frequently. This Bob evans has the worst customer service we have ever had, and we keep going back, and it’s the same thing, BAD Service. The food is normally okay but it’s the customer service that’s terrible. I’d rather have okay food and great costumer service than good food with bad service.

Slow service. Did not come for drink refills until ready to leave after we flagged down the waitress. I asked for grilled chicken on my salad and she brought fried. Waitress reordered chicken said it wouldn't  be long and it was ready when I was done with my salad and everyone else at the table had finished.

Went in on a Sunday around 10:30 and waited around 10 minutes to be greeted while watching all the tables around us get served. I suppose it’s because I was wearing a Harley tee and everyone else was in their Sunday best.

Excellent service. Had our meal within 15 minutes of being seated. Good job Bob Evans! Delicious food.
