I am a connoisseur of fine foods.  But when I want good home cooking in a restaurant, I go to Bob Evans.  The only problem is there are none in Wisconsin where I'm from!  When I'm in Ohio, a stop at Bob Evans is a must!

Stopped at a Bob Evans on State Route 2 on way home from a long trip for dinner. Sat at the bar. After at least 10 mins no one acknowledged our presence or offered to take a drink order. One particular waitress was stopped right in front of us several times and never said a thing. We finally asked her if someone was going to help us...no one came. ..we were tired and hungry so we got up and left. Passed the manager on the way out and told him we were leaving and why....THEN he was all about helping us...but we left and went home without dinner.

Fast, impersonal service.  Average price but the meals are made fresh.

Food is always classic comfort food of the highest quality. Service is hit and miss though.

Grace was our server and she was terrific. Constantly checking on us and very helpful. Service with a smile 😊
