Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Extremely unprofessional and rude; does not return phone calls nor send documentation in a timely fashion. I will never return to State Farm for insurance because of the poor customer service I have experienced, from Bob especially. I definitely would NOT recommend this agent to anyone.

My expectations of an insurance agency were more than exceeded by bob and his team. Not only were my insurance needs taken care of in a timely and professional manner, Bob took the time to go over financial services that have helped my family and I have the peace of mind that we will be prepared for the future.

Terrible and rude customer service and sloppy (male) egotistical work ethic!!!! Please double check your auto policies, especially when you add a new vehicle, because they have bogus practices!!!! My car was never added although I received my binder and cards and requested AFFORDABLE full coverage. I trusted Mike P. and Bob, but when I needed a simple certificate Branden S. screwed that up and that's when I left their agency due to too many SLOPPY mistakes!!!! But, when someone hit my car on a hit-and-run...that's when I discovered their biggest mistake and found out my policy was changed to liability and since I didn't catch it, it was my word against theirs!!!!!! EPIC FAIL!!!!! We both know the TRUTH and I was sadly disappointed that he fabricated a story to cover his A$$ for no beneficial reason! Just me left with out of pocket expenses and wondering WHY me!?!?.. Case investigated and because their LIES were so believable of course, State Farm sided with them!   THAT WAS PROBABLY THE FIRST TIME THEY DID SOMETHING TIMELY AND RIGHT....to be CORRUPT! I WOULD NEVER REFER ANY ONE TO THEM!!!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS KARMA!!!!!!!!! I CAN get ove THE $$$ LOSS....IT'S JUST THE PRINCIPLE OF LYING THAT I WILL NEVER GET OVER! AND TO TOP IT OFF THE RUDENESS WHEN I CHALLENGED HIS LIE & ASKED FOR A DATE AND PROOF THAT I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THIS MAN in April of 2013 to drop my coverage as he claims....COULD THIS POSSIBLY BEEN ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE FROM A SLOPPY egotistical MALE DRIVEN WORK PLACE!!!!! YES!!!! LESSON LEARNED. NEVER TRUST FAST TALKERS, DON'T DO CHANGES OVER THE PHONE, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR POLICIES AND ACH'S every month !!!!!!!  That's definitely not like a GOOD NEIGHBOR....THEY ALL ARE A NIGHTMARE FROM HELL! WATCH OUT FOR THEM ALL 'GOOD OL'BOY PRACTICES IN 2014...SMH. THEY ARE ALL OWNER/AGENTS NOW!!!!!

Great Place!! They are open seven days a week...WOW...Called on a Sunday and was able to get an answer and get helped.
