Excellent service as always. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for appliances. The salespeople are always very helpful and never pushy.

I had such a wonderful experience with these folks. They could not have been more helpful. When the range I had ordered arrived damaged, they went the extra mile to make sure I had a good replacement in time for the holidays.

I won't ever go back to Bob Miller Appliances.  It started off well, was greeted at the door and asked what I was looking for...told him washer, dryer, refrigerator and possibly new mattresses. He asked me where I wanted to start and I said I wanted to start by looking at washers and dryers...he actually asked me if I wanted to just look around first or should he stay with me. I said I wanted to just look around first and thought this is going to be good😊 But no, then he says "well I don't want you to get confused" I said "excuse me?" He said well everything has changed...I said that's okay, I have never been in here before but I can see the appliances over there so and I start to walk that way.... He cuts me off and says "no, you don't understand everything has changed!...when is the last time you bought a washer anyway? They are all different now and I don't want you to get confused." His tone of voice and facial expression was not friendly and helpful. For some reason this thinks he needs to treat me like I am a total idiot and must be stupid I guess so I basically said that and another one pipes up and says "hey he's just trying to help you..." I can't believe how rude and insulting they were and it's about 6 hours later and I still can't believe it! Also they pretty much body blocking me from going farther in the store but not the exit so that was the option I chose. You don't make a sale by insulting me and treating me like I am stupid.  Went right over to Lowe's and bought the appliances and will shop elsewhere for the bedding....guess what guys, I'm not as stupid or as poor as I look - too bad for you!
