Told me truck was available, drove up to find out they had sold it. Then tried selling me a different truck that they didn't have in stock neither. Get the heck outta here.

My wife and I drove two towns over to Bob Pion.
The 2011 Nissan Rogue we were interested in was almost identical to the 2010 that had been totalled in an unexpected accident recently.
Oscar De Leon did a great job of listening carefully to our concerns, needs and desires. While test driving, he didn't seem to panic. Even when I drove backwards or in circles ☺ 🖒. 
He continued to speak quietly and calmly the whole time. He even answered a question with "I'm sorry, i just don't know." Could we ask for more? ? ? 
Sarah in Financing was also extremely helpful. 
She took time to connect as well. She walked us through each step of the process carefully and she also stayed in touch with us in the transition of filling out paperwork getting approved and signing the final paperwork. 
Sarah also understood when we hit a wrinkle in the works for the purchase. She was amazing. 
Jim closed the deal at signing. Again, he used that same small town personal touch. 
Our personal experience with Bob Pion was very good.

I had a Good experience at this dealership. There was no hassle, and no pressure. They even stayed late to let me complete a test drive and walk-around. Peter and the Gang did a nice job of showing me everything about the car I was looking at, as well as letting me test all the different features. Quick response to online inquiries. The cars are priced to sell at a competitive rate, and they make it easy to finance and buy.
