Awesome place the people there are helpful and will shoot you straight. I believe the guys name is Chris fix my blower in two minutes did not charge me a thing will be back and recommending it to everyone that needs repairs. If I can give it 10 Stars I would.

I've been a customer for over 5 years. They are professional and knowledgable. Services/repairs are done right the first time and completed on time. Purchases are easy and without up selling.

This has been one of the most frustrating experience I have ever dealt with . They never pick up the phone they promise to call you back and never do, they cannot provide ETAs on parts that they already charged you for, and the lady that does finally pick up the phone is super un-profesaional.

I call them to see if they repair Troy Bilt weedeater pull chords and the guy on the phone says they do. I ask him how much and he says about $15 unless the spring needs to be replaced, then it might be a little more - like $30. I drive all the way out there with my weedeater and walk up. The guy says, "Dude, honestly, it ain't wort fixin dat thing." I ask how much and he says "Like $60" and proceeds to belly ache about how hard it is to take it apart. I know how hard it is to take it apart which is why I brought it out there. I will fix it myself. Thanks for nothing.
