I believe they do a good job with this business but my last 2 trips have resulted in the inside of my windshield not being cleaned. I'm fairly disappointed. I'm posting a picture as an example. Part of the main reason why I go to Bob's car wash is because I'm used to them doing a good job on the windows inside and out. If the trend continues of a lackluster performance on window cleaning, I May consider taking my business elsewhere.

I brought my car into Bob's car wash today and paid for a car wash and hand wax. Fortunately, I was keeping a close eye on the work being done. After my car went through the wash, the employees said my car was done. However, I saw that the hand wax had not been done. When I confronted the employees about this, they acted as though they had no idea my car was supposed to be waxed. When I discussed the issue with the supervisor, instead of an apology, he gave me excuses as to why the hand wax was overlooked. Poor work ethic and poor supervision of employees. if the owner reads this review, I did not get the names of any employee or supervisor. But this occurred on Apeil 23, 2017 at about 11 am.

I sent photos of the trunk... just so disappointed been going to Bob's for yrs. I've alwayd been happy and enjoy the gift shopping while I wait.
I had an interior/exterior wash, clean & wax. Interior was bad some areas hadn't been touched and was told they didn't have cleaner for black marks on doors. Console areas were still dirty I discovered after I left. Had to point out exterior marks not buffed out. Went and bought Armoral wipes and did myself. The area around the trunk was filthy when I opened at home.

The dudes at the end of the line talk to each other and laugh and make the vibe better than most!  Get some music in the gift shop/cashier building though!  Am I right ladies?

Okay place.  Guys did a good job cleaning my vehicle.

Not the most customer service oriented business, but reasonably priced.
