Paul was outstanding.  He greeted me when I came into the store. Told me to let him know if i needed anything and left me to browse.  Him not hovering over me as I looked around was very refreshing.  He was very knowledgeable when I ask him questions. Thank to him I decided on a nice loveseat recliner. Job Well done.

Went shopping for a couch. Paul greated us at the door and allowed us to browse at our own pace. When we were ready to discuss options he was super helpful and informative. Great prices and can't beat their goof proof protection. Definitely recommend stopping in if your in the market for new furniture!

My family and I have been customers of this Bob’s for over 12 years. Today I stopped in to get a new mattress. Paul greeted my mother and I as soon as we walked in and led us to the different mattresses to look at and test. He gave us all the information we needed and answered all of our questions in great depth and detail. He is a great salesman and helped us pick the right mattress. Thank you for all of your help Paul!

My sales man Greg greeted me at the door with a friendly and welcoming smile.  He was very knowledgeable and experience in my furniture shopping.  He made my shopping experience painless.  Greg made my shopping a pleasurable and one to remember.  The prices and values are great.  If you are looking for for an amazing sales associate, go to Freeport and ask for Greg at the door.  Great customer service.

Very nice customer service. Dave was quick to greet e when I entered the store & was very helpful & nice. The manager John was very nice & funny. The young woman Brittney in the Acceptance now department was friendly and explained everything to me for me to understand. Chantelle in the office was nice as well & picked a delivery date that worked with my schedule. I recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for great customer service.
