I was in search for a new bunk bed for my kids today and came across Bobs. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Stacy. She was very kind and seemed to be very informative on the merchandise at your store. She helped me find the right bed that would fit perfectly for my kids. I had some questions on financing and was introduced to a manager named Tee, where she greeted me and was very attentive to my questions . She help me really understand my options and how the finance worked. I would definitely recommend Bobs to my friends and family!

Love our new dining table! Jack helped us with our order and was extremely helpful and very friendly!  This furniture store is awesome. Amazing prices for the quality! It also has a cute little cafe area with free cookies, candies, ice cream, and coffee. It kept my three-year-old happy while we were shopping. (And also my husband.) If you're looking for new furniture,  go to Bob's and ask for Jack!

I visited Bob’s discount furniture store in Long Beach because I was looking to purchase some nice furniture for my brand new home but at a reasonable price! Upon entering the store I was greeted with a warm smile by the sales representative Calvin, who provided superior customer service and professionalism. He was extremely efficient in answering my questions, and was very knowledgeable of the merchandise. I’m all about customer service when purchasing large items because it makes my buying decision less stressful. If your looking for beautiful funiture at a great discount visit Bob’s furniture and if you want great customer service ask for the sales rep Calvin, he will definitely help you in your furniture search! I will definitely be back and refer all my family and friends.

Outstanding service! Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the perfect furniture for my new place while staying under my budget! I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to bobs discount furniture! I walked into a beautiful showroom and I was welcomed into the store by a Wonderful sales associate Casey! She was very professional, polite, and helpful. She showed me how to find my own prices, allowed me to browse around and gave me a bunch of information about “Goof Protection” & their Delivery Service! Will be definitely coming back for all of our future furniture needs! Ask for Casey!
