First time purchasing at Bob's and I can honestly say it was a great first impression. The sales associate Justine who helped us find the perfect sofa set was awesome. She was very friendly, very personable and open about all aspects of what we were purchasing and also the background of the company. The manager John who helped out at the end made sure we had no further questions or concerns before we left. He was very nice and welcoming also. I hope the reputation keeps strong at Bob's so if and when we return we can have just as great of an experience if not better. Thumbs up in my book for Bob's and the staff we met.

I was in the market for a new recliner. I looked at other stores around and after seeing bobs commercials , I decided to give them a try. I was surprised by how nice the store was setup. I was expecting a slapdash of furniture on a discount price.
      I met with an associate named Scott. He thoroughly impressed my wife and I with his patience,knowledge and commitment to our satisfaction. He sold me on a great recliner.     Just because of him , I went back personally to order my chair instead of just online. 
    All in all, I was thoroughly impressed with bobs furniture. I will be going back next year for a new couch.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They are down-to-earth and ready to help. We purchased furniture from a big- name furniture store and it only lasted a little under 3 years. It was said to be durable but proved not to be. We needed something stylish an sensible. Our salesman was Will. He helped us find what we were looking for and made it easy. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Was greeted at the door.   Very nice experience.  Sales person listened to what I needed.  I had already did my own research and knew what I wanted. I wasn't pressured.  The store manager accommodated my request to pick up at the store.   All in all a very nice experience! I  will recommend Bob's to all my family.

I worked with a gentleman named Scott. He is a prime example of superior salesmanship. I had called about a bedroom set I saw online and it appeared to be available only in California, (I live in PA). A couple hours later Scott called to say it was indeed going to be available in PA. He consistently worked with me and advised me of his work schedule so we could stay in touch. His professionalism was rounded out with his ability to make me feel like he was sincere in doing all he could to get me my dream bedroom set. He may work at Bobs Discount Store however there is no discount in excellent service when you work with Scott. Ask for him when you go!
