I had a courier service break off a key in one of my puck locks on my work van. I was very bummed and nervous the service would not be able to be completed because the key was in the lock deep! However, even though I arrived with only fifteen minutes until closing the employee at Bob’s Lock (didn’t catch her name) was able to work diligently in 30° weather and remove the key from the lock!! I was very impressed! I would have given up, but she stuck with it and the rate was more than reasonable!! Only $5!! I will definitely call Bob’s Lock going forward when I need Lock service of any kind!!

One of the best experiences I have had with local business in a long time.  James N. came out and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about not only locksmith concepts and technicalities, but also about home security in general.  He is the reason I will continue to use Bob's in the future and will be recommending Bob's to family and friends.  

Thanks, James, for being friendly and knowledgeable.  It does make a difference.

Had a great experience when Bob answered the phone to scheduling my appointment.  Don the service tech changed my deadbolt. The job did not last more than 15 minutes. I'll gladly use again!

Quick and efficient service - I needed a new door knob and deadbolt for my front door.  They were able to come out within 24 hours to replace for a very reasonable price.

Completely awesome place. Brought my safe in because the key broke off inside it and they were able to get it out. Highly recommend
