The food was good, but I wouldn't expect incredible food here. It was more about convenience than anything, although much better than a place like Shari's. Service wasn't bad, but bare bones and they weren't too busy. I had a "Belgian" waffle, which was too soft, and literally nothing but the waffle on a plastic plate. I should have ordered steak & eggs. They also stock a massive selection of products, which was impressive. My rating is 3 for the restaurant & 5 for the store.

Food was very good and extremely well priced! At $4-7 a plate, you really can't go wrong. And the patio is excellent. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm hosting a friend from out of town. A real hidden gem in the suburbs.

I always knew Bob's products were first rate and one of the few companies I felt like I could trust, but what i found out after taking a tour of the processing plant convinced me that i will be a life long customer. Bob's company sets the bar high as to what should be the standard in business practices. The employee's are owners of the company, which motivates everyone to produce the highest quality products with no surprises.

It's a beautiful place, incredible variety of flours, beans, etc including 25 lb sacks of their more popular goods. The breakfast was very good with huge portions and of course many items made from Red Mill stuff. The grits either fried or cheesy were great. French toast was huge but very light. Eggs were spot-on. The whole environment was quite pleasant. Definitely a return trip place.

We stumbled upon this when looking for breakfast! Already loved the brand, and this Facility ended up being very charming and beautifully decorated. They have classic diner breakfast favorites, but also many vegan versions. You can buy their products here in bulk or in packaging. You can take a tour of the mill. You also can meet Bob and sit on a relaxing patio. The customer service was extremely polite and attentive . The manager was walking around the dining area sparking small talk and getting feed back. I would highly recommend!
