Bob's staff is knowledgeable. They wont steer you wrong. Prices are competitive to pet stores however their products are superior. Fish are healthy and hearty. The selection is wide with types of fish and stickers identify which fish can be tanked together.

I love this place.  The selection, prices, and people are awesome.  I discovered this while living in the area, and now stop by on special trips now that I don't live there.  Highly highly recommended.

Knowledgable staff has most of your needs.  I'm an outdoor pond person and they will test your water, if you are having a problem and bring in a water sample.  Know the size (length and width and depth) of your pond or aquarium; it makes a difference for the chemicals you need.

I had a horrible experience. First, the employees were very short and because I  interrupted their personal cell phone calls asking for assistance at least three times I was given poor service with sick fish. Second, I explained to the employee who finally decided to assist me almost five minutes later that I am from out of town will the fish survive the four hour trip that I  still had to travel in which he stated, "yes, we do it all the time". Then, he rushed me to the counter to pay for three fish he claimed could only be sold as a trio. I spent over $70 for some sick fish that was not packaged properly. I feel that the guy took advantage of me since I am a first time fish keeper with not much experience. I warn others to beware and watch when any worker from that organization bag your fish to ensure it is done properly and that the fish are actually healthy. In addition to this, the employee sent me out with my fish in a cooler with no lid.

They're very helpful. They also gave us great advice which fish to put in your tank . I travel about 20 miles for my 🎏 from them. I have a pet smart that is 7 miles from my house but they kept telling me that my water wasn't ready for them. Went to Bob's gave them the water to sample and I left with my 🎏.
