You walk into almost any business these days and you see posted signs invariably stating they strive to give their customers excellent experience for doing business with them, you think talk is cheap. And that's exactly what I thought coming to Bob Smith Toyota to have my car completed a manufacture recall service. After my car was done, I left totally impressed! I must say they walk the talk. From the first greetings at drop off to picking up the car was a real nice experience for me. Their eager to get things done right and give their customer excellent experience seemed to me was genuine. I'd not hesitate to return to give them my business.

I received excellent service and they kept me informed all the time.  The answered all my questions and explain things to me fully.  I was able to drop off the car and they gave me a ride home and pick me up later to return me to Toyota to pick up my car.  It is really nice they offer the shuttle service.  I felt like I had Red Carpet Service.

The service department at Bob Smith Toyota is superb. I've been there twice and had excellent experiences both times. Staff and service personnel are professional, efficient and courteous. They even wash your car for you as a complimentary service. I've had an oil change and 10K miles service done on my Prius all under 1-1.5 hours. The waiting room has Wi-Fi, a TV, 3 desks and chairs, plenty of other seats, coffee & water. I bring my iPad and get some studying done while I wait. They offer shuttle service for those who want to leave their cars and come back. I highly recommend this place!

Bob Smith Toyota's employees are the best I have worked with.  From your cashiers to your parts to your porters to you service advisors all extremely polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.  Thank you!!!!

Bob smith toyota on foothills is a convenient location to where i live, i always take my toyota there, very quick service, friendly crew , and they will shuttle you home and will pick you up once your car is ready, overall no issues so far.
