A great place for a Green Apple slush! I was at the mall hanging out before a wedding reception so I had time to waste. I saw that this place had the Green Apple slush so I knew I wanted to try it here since it's one of my favorite slush. The employees were very friendly, the only reason I give 1 less star is because the cup was very sticky and it looked like they spilled some. My fiancée decided to ask me to get her a Thai Tea so I came back like 10 minutes later to get her drink. It was also leaking from the cup cover but I had paper towels in my car.
Never again. Boba was an extra .50 cents. Really?! What's the point of a Boba shop if they gonna charge extra for it!! Plus the drink wasn't that good at all either!! I've had better!
This place below mid. Boba St better. Cashier gave a lot of attitude as well as kept leaving to talk to people outside of the store. At times there were no employees. It took 15 minutes to grt our drinks when there were NO CUSTOMERS! I thought this was Boba EXPRESS, our drinks took forever.
If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. The girl who helped me ignored me for a good 3 or 4 minutes before she took time to take my order and my sisters. When asked a question she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. The icing on the cake is when she threw my receipt at me instead of handing it to me like she did to the customer behind me. I was never rude or impatient. My sister and I were having a great time until we made the mistake to go here for drinks. I sure let her have a piece of my mind after I watched her make our drinks which she messed up on top of everything else. No surprise though. Business ran poorly means terrible employees. If you want to get an overpriced drink that doesn't taste like it's supposed to, this is your place.
Watch out for the mutt with green eyes and purple hair. Don't order if she's the cashier. She was extremely rude and snatched the money out of my little sister's hand. She snatched it so aggressively that the change flew out and she had to pick it up off the floor. It's not my fault she has to work at a Boba Express. She shouldn't be working here. Never coming here again. This is the second time I've had to deal with rude workers here. The last time, they messed up my order and then pretended to remake it and just gave me the same one. My mom had to tell them the third time. They all were very rude.
Possibly the worst place to buy boba from. I ordered the “Oreo shake boba” and asked the lady at the register if it was made with the actual cookies. She gave me a dumbfounded look and said it was powder that tasted like Oreos. I tried it and ended throwing it away after 3 sips.
Awesome smoothies and other delicious treats. I love boba! Staff is always awesome and create a positive atmosphere. Speed of service is great.
I like to come to this place, however the prices are a little high, this making me only able to come once a month. They charge extra for Boba, Wich is nerve racking. They taste good, but be careful with the large especially because they sometimes give you the runs. If you never drink coffee or Boba drinks, expect to have the runs with a small even, your digestive system has to get used to these things. They are generally quick, and have polite cashier's. If you make good money, I recommend coming, but a small job, maybe once every one or two months.
My tea was good, but a lil overpriced for what u get. It was 13 and some change for 2 large peach iced teas.
The cashier left a note saying she was on a break for 15 mins. She finally showed up and said it would be 20 more mins. Very dissapointted!
