Wait time was very long, and they don't call you by your name or order number, just by the drink name which can get confusing when there is quite a few people still waiting to get their drinks. When our drink was ready, they gave us the wrong size, we ordered a large and we got a medium. We couldn't get a receipt because their printer was broken so there was no way for us to prove that we got the wrong size. This place is also bit pricier than other boba places I have gone too.
I just ordered 3 small drinks from this location and they were $20 for them. After I recieved my order I took a drink from mine which was suppose to be sugar free it was way too sweet for me. I'm not going back to this place anymore. I'll be going to the boba tea place on orange grove from now on if I want my boba tea. I only tried this place since I was already in the mall and it's super close to where I live.
Not a fan personally. As a bubble tea enjoyer, I prefer getting my drinks unsweetened as the natural flavors are sweet enough. I don’t like how this place doesn’t do that and i really hate the theme of the drinks, it’s creepy and gross for kids in the mall to order “berry sexy.” Wouldn’t recommend, i prefer Bings Boba Tea a lot more.
TD;DR - don’t waste your money here. The tea is watered down and the boba is horribly mushy. The first time I visited I looked at the menu for a long time trying to figure out if they just had regular milk tea boba. One menu item looked similar but it had “golden tea” instead of black tea. I asked the employee what golden tea was. They didn’t know. I asked if they had black tea instead, and the answer was no. Unbelievable for a BOBA TEA place. Left without buying anything. The next time my 4 year old was asking for boba so I went again and asked the employee if they had black tea. The answer was yes this time. I asked if they could just make me a regular black milk tea with boba. They were confused at first but obliged. I paid over $6 for the tiniest little drink full of ice, watered down milk tea and the mushiest boba I’ve ever had from a professional establishment. Heed my warning and all the other reviews here - if you care at all about decent boba DO NOT BUY BOBA FROM HERE
Its 4:40 pm, they are supposed to be open. No one is there, all the food containers are left open to contamination and it smells rancid. This seriously makes me question going to any Boba tea co. Ever again. Gross.
The Thai tea was okay, a bit too sweet for me, but nowhere near as good compared to boba tea in Taiwan, Thailand, and Japan. The menu had some un-family-friendly names like Berry Sexy and Bucknaked. I don't think I would go here again
Let me tell you, I’ve been to MANY boba tea company’s but this associate keeps me coming back to Tucson mall boba company, and her name is Hannah! She’s always so sweet and helpful and always helps me decided what drink I want that day, and I don’t know what she does to the drinks, but she always makes them PERFECT! Many others have made drinks for me but they don’t taste the same as the ones Hannah makes me! Hopefully she gets acknowledged by the company because she has amazing customer service!
This is by far the worst boba tea place I've ever been to. Not only was the tea disgusting, but the staff were very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I had a difficult time understanding the size options, and instead of helping me, they gave me such an attitude. When my beverage was ready, the right flavor was called out, but what I recieved was the wrong flavor. I didn't even bother to correct them since I was getting consistent glares from the employees. They also tend to run out of products a lot. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here.
One of favorite places to visit when in town. The customer service is wonderful. The variety of drinks never disappoint.
I think corporate and every customer, really, should know that at the Tucson Mall location, the following happened to me, minutes ago: I ordered two drinks. Larges. Paid for said drinks. Waited for drinks to be made. I was the only one waiting. Only other customers around were still ordering. Drinks came up. Right names. Wrong sizes. I took them to a table. Checked my receipt to be sure I did get charged for larges, then got back in line to have it fixed. The lady that took my order saw me and told the lady that made it that they were supposed to be larges. The drinks were remade and I asked if they wanted the small ones back. She said no, and that I could keep them, and she was sorry for the confusion. Go back to my table and start drinking them. A few minutes later they tell me they need me to pay for the drinks I recieved in error and was told to keep. Obviously I'm in disbelief. I said no because they already said I could keep them. They tried to say because it was someone else's drink. Its not my fault if someone had an identical order and they handed it to the only person waiting. They asked if the smalls were still sealed, presumably planning to give them to the right customer. Eww. We are in a pandemic. You don't do that. Its gross. I said no, because we opened them first and were drinking them, keeping the others sealed for easy transport to the car. They again demanded we pay for them. Again, I said no. Took the still sealed larges back up there and they trashed them. Then I said I wanted a refund for the difference in prices. Between the two drinks $1.30. They refused. I asked for the number of the owner. They gave me a number I'm fairly sure is wrong, because what business owner does not have their voicemail set up?? My next stop is going to be the mall office to get more information. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. I work IN customer service. I would *never* treat customers this way. I am not a Karen by any means, this is just a truly uncalled for situation. Now on to the illegal part, even though not giving me what I paid for and trying to charge me for what I didn't is basically theft, lets talk about the REAL crime. As I sat there trying to call the number they gave me, I watched another lady walk up with a wrong order, receive the corrected drink, and be allowed to keep the wrong one. What is the difference between us as customers, you might ask? Just one: my transgender girlfriend was with me. Yeah. Not a safe place for LGBTQ+ members. Or anyone, really. I will continue to pursue this until I receive answers. I am not above writing letters to corporate. This is not how you treat people.
