Ordered a $400 item and after 6 days, it still had not been fulfilled. There was no phone number to call and no link to cancel an unfulfilled order, so I emailed. 2 days later - no reply and no fulfillment. I opened a case with PayPal and also looked up the owner’s name to try and find a phone number. I managed to find a phone number which was associated to the name and when I called, I got a message but it did not state the name of the person, so I was not 100% sure it was the correct number but I left a message anyway letting the person know that I had found it necessary to file a case with PayPal. Lo and behold, a short time later, I received an email response from the company telling me the item was currently unavailable and there was no specified date for fulfillment. I was told I could cancel and the funds “should” be available within 10 business days. That didn’t sound very palatable considering the fact that the funds were taken within one day, maybe sooner, and the company had already been in possession of the funds for 6 days. I am not happy with the entire experience and especially the fact that it took 2 days plus a PayPal case to get an email reply. Lesson learned - NEVER order from an online company that does not provide a phone number and a cancel order link.
