I was taken in on an Emergency visit on short notice. Liz, Dr. Gross and the entire staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and quick! I can honestly say that going to the dentist is rarely a pleasure, however in this case it sure was. Highly recommended

My tooth was filled and I ended up being in more discomfort than before. I changed dentist because when I went back to have it fixed it again got worse. The dentist was rude about everything.

The receptionist at this place needs to be fired. Absolutely no concept of professionalism. She treated me like dirt and was so condescending and rude. I have no doubt in my mind that she is single-handedly turning away business from this practice. Literally zero concept of customer service.

Giving this dental group a 1 is very generous at this point. Now I've been before once and saw a dentist quickly. He was very nice and replaced a filling through an emergency appointment. Three years later I call to schedule an appointment. To my dismay the "manager" receptionist was rude from the get go. I explained that I thought I had been there before as a patient. I was called out for only being a one time patient back in 2014 (Who cares? I still need a dentist). She asked if I had an HMO or PPO. I said I'm not sure, where would I find that on my card. She replies with you need to call your provider and find out yourself. Gee thanks! I said it looks like PPO on my card. She said i need to put you on hold because I have another customer in front of me please hold. I said look i'm not really feeling your attitude i'll look for another dentist. She said I need you to hold i'll be back and didn't wait for me to say anything. Less than 30 seconds later she returns. She says what is the reason for your visit? I say I broke a tooth and need it pulled. She says no, we're not going to do that. First we need to examine it and see if we can do anything for you. If not we will refer you to an oral surgeon (Seriously, you're arguing with me? You asked why I wanted to see a dentist, I answered). I said I get it, but i don't like the way you're speaking to me. She tells me it's really busy right now and it's swamped. I explained that we all have jobs and frankly being busy isn't an excuse for poor service. If she as the first point of contact are rude, it doesn't reflect very well on the dental groups part. I asked to speak to someone else and she said no. She is the only person available (I should have asked if she was the owner). At that point i said i'm not interested in coming here and she said i will book you an appointment. THANKS, BUT NO THANKS. Please rethink who is in charge of your office. I have decided to go to a dentist out in coral springs who treated me with exceptional customer service.

After searching high and low for a dentist I was so relieved to finally find one where everything "felt right". I think part of it was I got lucky and had an incredible dental hygenist, Saleema. She explained everything thoroughly and took responsibility for all her decisions. Then when I met the dentist, Marianna I just knew she THOUGHT before she finally spoke: she looked really carefully at all the xrays; gently and carefully inspected all my teeth; listened to all the hygenist's suggestions BEFORE she decided on her recommendations. Finally, they never tried to force me into any type of procedure - everything was optional and I was always given an alternative and explaination.
