- Hot water heater - Very quick response, had the parts on the truck, made the repair, and took time to clean up the water heater sediment. Thanks.  5 stars

- $85 to evaluate AC. The tech didn't test the motor or modulator (his terminology). Recommended replacement based on my description of the problem.  He did not look at the outside unit at all. Quote for motor was $1000 on top of the $85. 3 stars

Everything about this service call was very professional.  The person who answered the phone both times, when I first called and when I called again to check on when the plumber will arrive, were very professional and patient.  The plumber, Mario, was very pleasant and professional to work with.  Mario explained every step of the way and helped us understand the root cause of our issue.  I highly recommend Mario and Bodine Scott for plumbing services. Thanks, guys!

Pleasant to do business with. Great in trying not to break the house apart to remove or install the new system. No issues with the installation as of yet at two weeks. Sales guy Karl made me aware of all items be replaced and warranty coverage and options. Would do business with them again.

Four years ago Bodine-Scott installed our AC unit and did a great job.  This week we had a problem with the unit not cooling.  I called them in the morning and they were there to fix it that afternoon.  The part that went out was quickly replaced and I was delighted when I was told it was under warranty and so there was no charge for the part.  I appreciate their honesty because they could have easily charged me because I was unaware of the warranty.  Steve, the technician that repaired the unit, was very nice and his ability to quickly determine the problem and repair it was evidence of his great skill!  Thanks for doing a great job!!!
