I am not from AZ -  I came in for my first time lip injections and i have to say, the staff was wonderful and made you feel very welcomed - the doctor who did my lips was a young blonde with blue eyes and she did absolutely amazing! My lips look amazing! During the injections she was distracting me to not focus on the pain, i had a wonderful experience and highly recommend!

If you ever need your eyelash extensions done ask for Silvia. She is amazing at what she does! I have been coming here for the past year. But when I came in one day....instead of being greated by front desk (elderly woman) the first thing that comes out her mouth is "who's going to take care of your kids?!" I have been taking my kids with me every time I go and they are very well mannered. I'll keep going back but ONLY because of Silvia.

I was told to be 15 prior to appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and while I was filling out paperwork I was taken to the back room and told that because I was not there 15 minutes prior to my appointment that they could only do an Express service. Which meant half of what I originally came for. I was not late to my actual appointment time I was just 5 minutes late to my paperwork time. Other than it being a nice office outside area is questionable. I believe they didn't want to see me because they were applying a Groupon credit towards part of the full service fee. A heads up, if you go here get to your appointment 30 minutes early to be safe.

Shannon is hands down the best. She listens to what you want to achieve and then delivers the results. Even if you live a little further out, like me. She is totally worth the drive.

I've had a variety of services done over the years and I have to say this is the best spa I've ever been to! The women here are knowledgeable and so kind. My services like eyelash extensions have always been perfect, spot on what I wanted! I would recommend this spa to anyone it's great
