I've been there for my birthday and I enjoyed all their services. It was wonderful. I had my own drinking water, because I like having my bottle around. It was easy to refill at the fountains. Everything was clean and constantly being cleaned. The massage was great and the body scrub delightful. I couldn't keep on my feet, that's how relaxed I was when I got out. I booked an appointment again and I'm very much looking forward to it.

If you want to relax this is the place to go... you will more than enjoy yourself and leave filling incredibly relaxed and invigorated. 

I brought my mother here as a birthday gift. We did body wrap treatments after enjoying some time in the waters. Oh my goodness it was lovely. I don't think we could have had a better experience. Thank you for making her feel comfortable in what would have normally been an uncomfortable setting for her (- I"m specifically speaking of the body wrap treatment here.) We were not only relaxed but SO soft afterwards! 

I also thoroughly enjoy the waters throughout the the winter - I swear they help keep me sane!
Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to body blitz!

The RMTs here are fabulous, some of the best I've ever had.

The pools themselves are rundown and the facility is lacking compared to some other spas. The atmosphere isn't relaxing like most spas (think basement dungeon) and there is a background fan/turbine sound running loudly. If you're expecting waterfalls and spa music, you'll be disappointed.

The salt pools and saunas were sooo relaxing and rejuvenating. They had everything I needed and more. The juice bar is a nice service, I'll probably order from it next time I go. Looking forward to my next visit

Love their therapeutic pools! It was just what the body needed. The body scrubs though excellent was a bit out of my comfort zone, however nothing could beat that glow of my skins afterwards!
