I have been going this yoga exercise for only three weeks, but I felt already healthier and stronger than before, my sleeping quality has much improved. I sweat a lot each class which helped my body circulation, and I felt very peaceful and relaxed from the meditation class. "Power Brain " class was so much fun and helped our mind focusing and our team spirits! Master Seo and all the other teachers are very knowledgeable, patient and nice. All the members are very friendly and respectful to each other, The place is clean and neat. The music is in variety and great for each different session. I look forward to going the class every time. Thanks to my friend Jerry to recommend, and thank you very much to Body and Brain Yoga!!

My experience at the Body and Brain center has been nothing but uplifting. I have learned much at the center that has helped me heal emotionally and physically. Master Seo and the staff are very friendly and accommodating and the classmates all seem willing to help guide those who are learning. I would recommend classes at the center to anyone looking to center their energy!

I love the Body and Brain Yoga Tai Chi center! Instructors there always have a smile and members are very friendly. I feel physically stronger and able to handle stress a lot better experiencing inner peace. I highly recommend Body and Brain Yoga Tai Chi!

Body and Brain Yoga and Tai Chi has changed my life. My overall outlook is better, and I am no longer being controlled by my emotions. I have so much more energy from the moment I wake up and throughout my entire day. I have attended many great workshops at this location, most significantly one called Finding True Self. It was so amazing!! I highly recommend Cerritos Body and Brain!

I am so happy that I found Body & Brain Yoga. It has changed my life! I love the stretching and the exercises, and I always look forward to coming to class. I feel much healthier after yoga class, and I am much calmer. When I first came, I was experiencing terrible pain in my right knee. The pain has completely disappeared! The training has helped relieve the stress of daily life. In fact, I have never felt better. I am 64 years old and feel like I am 25. I will be forever grateful!
