This is a private gym for family, friends, and friends-of-friends. Old school iron gym for power lifting. This gym truly is for pumping iron and not for frills.
Our gym has a squat rack, bench press, small bike, multi-machine, curl bar, tractor tire, and ropes for body-weight exercise.
Free WiFi for and most sports available on the TV.
No air conditioning besides some box fans and no permanent heat other than a propane heater.
There are about eight regular attendees throughout the week and includes both men and women.
There is a small fridge for keeping some beverages and snacks cold but no long term storage of food or drink items.
There is no bathroom in the gym.
If you’re looking for a duck off spot this is NOT the place. If you’re serious about power lifting and want to exercise with multiple USPA state and national champions then this is the place!
