I have been going for years ( not as much as I'd like to😏 or need to ) it has always been  awesome !  Very relaxing ,everyone is very down to earth and makes you feel welcome ...I can't wait to go at 1:00 today 😁

I had a lot of stress in my neck, upper back and arms. Went to the chiropractor to make sure my bones were lined up and I still had pain. So I decided to try a massage to relieve the pain and muscle tension. I am happy to say after several massages I am able to move my arms over my head and the pain has lessened thanks to Body Kneads. Definitely something to try before going to the doctors.
