Katey Rose did a fabulous job taking me and hair from ho-hum to fabulous. My style is once again edgy and so easy to work with. This was my first visit to the salon. My suggestion to management is to improve the lighting and positioning of mirrors.  A girl needs to be able to easily gaze upon her new look! Can't wait for  my next visit.

Both my teenage son and daughter had their hair cut by Tony and both of them were very happy with how their hair came out. They really liked the people there and they'll definitely be back.

Liz C. is a curl genius, does the best natural looking highlights, is a pleasure to hang out with, and Body Mind Spirit is an awesome place! I followed her when she moved from Leominster, and I would follow her pretty much anywhere I could drive. If you have curls, you need to see Liz!

BodyMindSpirit Salon is the best Salon in the area! New owners Beth and Ray have escalated an already fantastic place to new heights! The commitment to health, wellness and beauty is evident in all services! The staff are all personable, approachable, and caring- keeping only the client's needs and wants in their mind. I am absolutely in love with this Salon and so is my entire family! Go visit Jessica, Tony, KatieRose, Chelsea, and Liz soon!
