Got a prenatal massage here at 38 weeks pregnant and Sarah did the most amazing job. I will be back to see her next week if my baby girl does not grace me with her presence before my next appointment! Amazing!!!!!

Told them multiple times that the appointment made was for a surprise birthday gift, and they call the person it was made for to confirm, which the phone number was not on the contact info on the online form I filled out to make the appointment.( in which I also made a comment in the notes that it was for another person for a surprise birthday gift.) Not impressed with how they handled it, they did apologize but seemed to not care that they ruined the surprise part of the occasion. Why have me fill out all the info and have a comment box if it doesn't matter. Also the original appointment was set up by them for the wrong name. Not disappointed in the massages usually, but customer service is not impressive. Could have tried to make it up to us for messing the day up, didn't even try.
