Worst experience ever. Waste of money. I spent over 2 hours there not getting services but waiting. She was over 20 minutes late to take me back for my appointment. And continued to talk on the phone, talk to her friends, and make a list of supplies they needed for the next week while I just waited. My nail polish was completely messed up. I ended up taking it off that night it was so bad. Yes they did offer to fix it but I had already been there for over 2 hours I couldn't stand to be tthere a minute longer. Don't go save yourself the time and money!!

Had originally gone to the girls that worked at Just Strings for my eyebrows  until this place took over and hired all new threading girls that were terrible. They took off half of my eyebrows and left me with the tiniest, nonexistent eyebrows. I recently found the owner of Just Strings who has her own, new business now and she helped me get my brows back to normal. Do NOT get threading done there. Also, all the good hairstylists they had are disappearing and they wouldn't tell me where they went. Overall, not a good business.

Called salon to make an appointment that had a Groupon. I was told they were booked for two weeks, and to call back in two weeks. Then she told me not to buy the Groupon until I can make an appointment, however the Groupon ends today. Clearly they are scamming people, why can't I make an appointment for two weeks from now?

Awful place!  No one stays there bk they suck  can you say turn over??? Never the same person.  Dirty, no supplies. Just all around awful.

Laqueena is awesome !!! I'm loving the environment and the results . She's very cool and professional but also makes you feel welcomed and relaxed . I came in for a dye and trim up and I'm extremely happy and i will be back ! This is my new beautician can't wait to see what else she does with this doo of mine . By the way I'm very picky so she has to be great to have wheeled me in . Melissa at the front desk is awesome as well professional but fun as well .
