New to Vegas and found this self-service dog washing station! The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the self-service dog wash is worth the money! The washing products are included in the price and you are not required to clean-up after you wash your pet. The store also offers a variety of tasty treats for your pets!

I just went to use the self wash and it was fine. Can't speak to how good the grooming was because I didn't use it.

DO NOT USE THE GROOMER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL'S "WELL BEING & SAFETY"! This is in regards to what I witnessed in The Grooming of a "Karen Blue Terrier " Today August 15th. 10:45 AM I witnessed the most sickening display of unnecessary force and treatment of a Karen Blue Terrier by the groomer at the store. Karen Blue Terrier is not a large dog and it does not take extreme stress and force to handle this size dog. I train service dogs so I do know a bit about animals and handling. The female groomer with the Dark Hair uses "Unnecessary Force " and treatment that is not conducive to the well-being of an animal. The groomer "never" released her Overly Forceful grasp on the dog's leg nor did she lighten up on the grip to let the dog get comfortable, or sit down! In forcefully squeezing a dog's leg continually, can "Cut off the blood flow to the dog's foot or bruise tendons in the leg!" Not to mention the leg could have easily been broken in the manner that the dog was being handled. Instead of bending over to trim the dog's paw while the dog was seated, she brought the dogs paw up to Her face for her convenience which made the dog lean back then stand up on its back legs so of course she was fighting the dog , it was having to Stand on its back legs the whole time, 15 minutes while I was there .The dog was obviously in discomfort standing on its back legs and shaking. That may be the way they do it but it doesn't mean that it's correct posture for dog. I told the owner "Twice " that she was hurting the dog .He said "Oh she's the best" He did not even turn around to look . The owner is obviously ignorant to the care of animals during grooming. Or just doesn't care. If the owner is not going to oversee the care of your animals entrusted with the groomer he's hired Then you can't trust this business. Her Hateful Scowl & Demeanor towards this animal said it all about how she cared or completely did not!.The poor dog kept looking back at me it was obviously wanting help, as she continued squeezing even harder! I ONCE AGAIN told the owner "She's really hurting that dog!! " With no response from him. Once again he could have turned around and looked, but chose not to get involved. The handling of this dog was absolutely unacceptable and this will be reported to the State of Nevada Board. .Her Scowl and Grimacing at the dog, I couldn't believe the "Hate "I was sitting on This Woman's face! ! When she finally realized I was watching her she stopped the scowl on her face but she did not let up on the dog. She had her ear phones on so how could she hear if the dog whimpered or even cried .I have no idea where this woman got her training but she has absolutely no business handling animals with her attitude or demeanor. She may be behind a glass wall but I guarantee you the owner does not watch her & if he does he just doesn't care. If he does watch her she puts on a good show because what I saw was horrible. I wished I'd had my camera out. It was absolutely gut-wrenching..This woman should never be allowed to handle animals. These people obviously cannot be trusted with the care or Humane treatment of your animal while out of your sight. Nor does the manager Care by his obvious comments. Your dog may come home pretty but it suffered during the process at this woman's hands. I do not own a dog grooming business I do not own a competing business. This is not to damage their business this is to inform you about the manner in which animals are treated at this store. You do not know how your dog is treated when you drop them off ! The groomer may behind a glass wall but we can see most of what she's doing and the manager obviously just does not not care!

Great staff! They are so helpful and friendly! The groomer is fantastic. Her love of animals shines through and our dogs are so comfortable with her. They love the fresh baked treat they always get after their haircuts.

Always helpful and carries the dog food our pups need at a price better than the big box stores. Maybe not open as many hours as those chain stores are but the service level in unmatched.
